Here's an entry for ~Dragonsmana's Cryptid Files. You remember the E.T. Files from a while back? It's just like that, except different in a lot of ways.

It's a bit odd to draw in something besides my standard "facing forward and to the side a little bit", but pterosaurs look odd with their wings folded up.

Background
All the information about the Ropen/Duah/Seklo-bali was found here, here and here.

My Opinion
Well, hope springs eternal, but still, it's probably not real. A flying creature that glows in the dark, is the size of an aircraft, eats corpses and lives on a relatively small island? You'd think they'd be pretty easy to find.

Still, relict creatures are always nifty. The bioluminescence was a nice touch too.

Well, my principle for creating creatures is always to add lots of unnecessary doodads, patterns and spines. Less realistic, but much more fun.
