Okay, bear with me people, I've actually got a good reason behind this.
So, I was at the Comic Book Shoppe yesterday, purchasing Order of the Stick: The Start of Darkness (which was much more depressing than On the Origin of PCs, but still an interesting read). Then I found that they had some leftover comics from Free Comics day, including a Hellboy one. A Hellboy comic? That is free? Damn straight I took it! At the beginning of this free comic, they had some fan-art from Matt Groening, namely a crossover between Hellboy and Futurama. I just couldn't resist drawing the Doctor Zoidberg/Lobster Johnson. Of course, now I sort of feel like drawing the Bender/Hellboy. You know, smokin' a cigar and saying "Bite my demonic red ass!" and such. You know what that would make him? A Hellbender! Lol! Man, that joke was pathetic. In other Hellboy news, the Golden Army is coming out on the 11th. What you might not have noticed is that Johann Kraus is voiced by Seth MacFarlane, the creator and voice actor on Family Guy. I mean, it's not that noticeable in the clips on the website, but I still can't help but think that it's going to be hard not to laugh at the things Johann says. I mean, I kept on thinking about Hitler's Talk Show. |
