MR: Eurypterid Mermaid? by Azes13 MR: Eurypterid Mermaid? by Azes13
Yeah, I'm not really sure. My mind does weird things when I'm procrastinating. I spent, like, an hour drawing an eurypterid mermaid and listening to apocalyptic techno raves of the BBC's news theme. Man, I'm really making use of my time.

So, this is a mermaid which is part Eurypterid. Why? I don't know.

Unfortunately, this may not be the end of it. I suspect she might get a new Anomalocaris friend.

You say crazy, I say absolute genius. Taking an old washed up concept (the whole part woman part fish deal) and spicing it up with a new addition is just awesome ^^

It's not really all that new to mix in new types of fish (~Mermafied immediately springs to mind). I mean, even the idea of mixing in a sea scorpion isn't all that new. Just using the search engine I've found 5 artists using the same idea.

Meh >> I never said mixing new fish types was new, as I've seen mersharks and such. But still, it's more original than the normal mermaid idea. Besides, twas a compliment >> so don't brush it off so easy :P
